All amounts include VAT. You will see the exact shipping costs in the order summary before you complete your order.

Processing time

Orders placed on a working day are generally packed and shipped the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

After shipping, the delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. For Belgium and the Netherlands you can generally expect 1 to 3 working days, for the other countries 3 to 7 working days. These are indications, not guaranteed timeframes.

Track and trace

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.

Letterbox delivery

Smaller orders (1 to 2 pairs) generally fit through the letterbox. Larger orders are delivered to your door. If home delivery is unsuccessful, you can collect your parcel at a pickup point of the carrier.
