Return Policy

At GT Sport Selection your satisfaction comes first and we aim for a seamless shopping experience. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand the processes and conditions for returns.

1) No Free Returns Policy

We do not offer a free returns policy, because we believe this can encourage unnecessary orders.

For sizing questions or specific questions about our products, please contact us in advance at info@gtsportselection.com. We are ready to help you.

2) Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@gtsportselection.com. We will then quickly arrange a replacement.

To qualify for a free replacement, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

3) Exchange or Refund

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or ordered the wrong size or colour, you can contact us for an exchange or refund. In both cases you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Follow the steps below for an exchange or refund:

Exchange process:

Contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@gtsportselection.com, stating your order number and the products you would like to receive in exchange. We will confirm the exchange and send you further instructions. If you order the same product, there are no additional costs for the exchange. For a different product we will process the additional amount or arrange a refund. Confirmation will be sent by email.

Refund process:

If you have decided to return the product for a refund, contact us within 30 days at info@gtsportselection.com. We will confirm the refund process. If your order contained several products, you can request a full or partial refund. Once we receive the product or products at our warehouse, we will refund without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days.

For both exchanges and refunds, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Step 1: Contact us with the completed return form (English/Dutch).

Step 2: Return shipment:

Packaging: Make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Include documentation: Add a copy of this return form to the returned items. Also attach the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Step 3: Let us know at info@gtsportselection.com as soon as the return shipment has been sent, including the tracking number.
