These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website ("Customer"). By placing an order through the GT Sport Selection webshop, the Customer expressly accepts and agrees to these Terms, to the exclusion of any other terms. Any additional terms of the Customer are excluded, unless accepted in advance in writing and explicitly by GT Sport Selection.

4) Online Purchases and Delivery
Ordering via www.gtsportselection.com is simple. You select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart. The next step in the ordering process is entering your details, so that we can ship the products to the correct address. You can then choose the desired delivery method. You will subsequently be directed to the payment page via your chosen payment method. After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. GT Sport Selection delivers through this online store to customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Poland, Denmark and Sweden. The available range may differ per country. GT Sport Selection reserves the right to refuse an order due to a serious breach by the Customer relating to orders in which the Customer is involved.

Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated, goods are delivered to the Customer's address within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Any visible damage and/or qualitative defects of an item or other shortcomings in the delivery must be reported by the Customer to GT Sport Selection immediately by email.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer as soon as the Customer (or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier) physically takes possession of the goods. However, the risk passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier was engaged by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by GT Sport Selection.
5) Retention of Title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of GT Sport Selection until the Customer has made payment in full.
6) Right of Withdrawal
The following conditions apply exclusively to customers who make online purchases via www.gtsportselection.com in their capacity as consumers.
Customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 calendar days without giving reasons. This is more generous than the statutory period of 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period ends 30 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) physically takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform GT Sport Selection by means of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing by post or email) of their decision to withdraw from the agreement.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer. Customers must return the items in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and instructions supplied. If a returned product has diminished in value due to handling by the Customer beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, GT Sport Selection reserves the right to charge the Customer for this diminished value.
All returned items are thoroughly inspected. The principle is that customers may inspect items as they would in a physical store. Items may be tried on, but not used. Any diminished value resulting from use by the Customer will be charged to the Customer.
Upon withdrawal from the agreement, GT Sport Selection will refund all payments received from the Customer, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days of receiving notification of the withdrawal. For sales agreements, GT Sport Selection may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the Customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise. In any case, the Customer will incur no costs for this refund.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can complete the withdrawal form and return it to us. The form can also be sent by email to info@gtsportselection.com. This form is available in both English and Dutch on the returns policy page.
7) Warranty
Consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty on the sale of consumer goods. These statutory rights apply from the date of delivery to the first owner, and a commercial guarantee does not detract from them.
To invoke the warranty, the Customer must provide proof of purchase, and it is recommended to keep the original packaging of the products.
For items purchased online and delivered to the Customer, the Customer must contact GT Sport Selection customer service and arrange the return shipment of the item at their own expense.
In the event of a defect, the Customer must notify GT Sport Selection immediately. In any case, a defect must be reported within one month of discovery.
The (commercial and/or statutory) warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, negligence, dropping, use contrary to the intended purpose, failure to follow instructions for use, washing instructions or manuals, adjustments or modifications, rough handling, insufficient maintenance or other abnormal or improper use.
8) User Input, Feedback and Other Submissions
When you submit specific content, such as competition entries, or voluntarily share creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans or other material, whether by online means, email, post or any other method, you acknowledge and agree that we have the right to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and use these submissions at any time and without restriction in any medium. We have the discretion to treat submissions as non-confidential; to offer no compensation for submissions; and to choose whether or not to respond to submissions.
Although we are not obliged to, we may review, edit or remove content that, at our sole discretion, is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or objectionable, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any party or violates these Terms of Service.
You agree that your submissions will not violate the rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, personality rights or other personal or proprietary rights. In addition, you confirm that your submissions will not contain defamatory or otherwise unlawfully offensive or obscene content, or computer viruses or malware that could affect the operation of the Service or any associated website. It is prohibited to use a false email address, to impersonate someone else, or to mislead us or third parties about the origin of your submissions. You bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of your submissions. We accept no liability for comments posted by you or by any third party.
