Return Policy

At GT Sport Selection, your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive for a seamless shopping experience. Please carefully read our return policy to understand the processes and conditions for returns.

1) No Free Return Policy

We do not offer a free return policy, as we believe this can encourage unnecessary orders.

For questions about sizing or specific inquiries about our products, please contact us in advance at info@gtsportselection.com. We are ready to assist you.

2) Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@gtsportselection.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement product.

To be eligible for a free replacement product, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.

3) Exchange or Refund

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or ordered the wrong size or color, you can contact us for an exchange or refund. In both cases, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Follow the steps below for an exchange or refund:

Exchange Process:

Contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@gtsportselection.com, stating your order number and the products you wish to exchange. We will confirm the exchange and send you further instructions. If you order the same product, there will be no additional costs for the exchange. For a different product, we will process the additional amount or arrange a refund. Confirmation will be sent via email.

Refund Process:

If you have decided to return the product for a refund, please contact us within 30 days at info@gtsportselection.com. We will confirm the refund process. If your order contained multiple products, you can request a full or partial refund. Once we receive the product(s) at our warehouse, we will promptly process the full or partial refund.

For both exchanges and refunds, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.

Step 1: Contact us with the completed Return Form (English/Dutch).

Step 2: Return Shipping:
Send the items to the following address:

Packaging: Ensure items are unused and in their original packaging.
Add Documentation: Include a copy of this return form with the returned items. Also attach the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Step 3: Notify us at info@gtsportselection.com once the return has been shipped, including the tracking number.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
